9-9:30am: Check-In + Coffee/Mimosas

10-10:45am: Yoga Class

11-11:20am: Guest Speaker

11:30-12:15pm: Yoga Class

12:15-12:45pm: Lunch + Free Time

12:45-1:05pm: Guest Speaker

1:15-2 pm: Yoga Class
